What makes IT Pro Challenges different from traditional labs?

IT Pro Challenges are hands-on activities based on scenarios that provide students with guidance and requirements as opposed to detailed steps within a traditional lab. IT Pro Challenges also provide users with a means of verification to gauge their success.

Who is the audience?

Busy IT Professionals who are seeking additional hands-on practice to ever changing IT and cloud environments.

IT Pro Challenges are also ideal for Developers who need to assess web services provided by multiple cloud vendors for integration.

Can I try an IT Pro Challenge for Free?

How can I purchase IT Pro Challenges?

IT Pro Challenges are available for purchase here. Challenges are available for purchase at a Series level or as an All Access Pass.

What is the difference between a Challenge Series and the All Access Pass?

A Challenge Series contains related challenges pertaining to a technology, a job role, or support a related course or exam.

The All Access Pass includes all IT Pro Challenges, spanning multiple technologies, cloud platforms and learning paths.

Each Series and the All Access pass contain challenges in multiple levels: Guided, Advanced, and Expert.
Please note each individual challenge within a Series or the All Access Pass may only be taken once, saves and retakes are not available.

How much is a Challenge Series? How much is an all Access Pass?

A Challenges Series may be purchased for 750 tokens ($29.95 USD) and an All Access Pass may be purchased for 1,500 tokens ($49.95 USD).

What payment methods are accepted?

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All purchases are in US Dollars and final at the time of sale.

Will I receive a receipt after my payment has been processed?

Yes. Once your payment has processed a receipt will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of purchase.

Are refunds available?

No. Refunds are not available. All sales are final.

May I repeat or retake a purchased challenge?

No. Please note that each challenge may only be taken once. It is imperative that you set aside enough time to complete a challenge in its entirety as saves and retakes are not available. No exceptions.
